Chicken Bone Broth

A mild, unsalted chicken broth slowly simmered with chicken bones, carrots, onion, celery and gentle herbs. The result is softly savory and aromatic without being overly rich or strongly seasoned, a simple way to introduce little ones to more savory flavors or add a little extra flavor and moisture to purées, grains and meals.

Each 300 g pouch contains 10 individual frozen cubes of approximately 30 g, making it easy to use just what you need.

Flavor notes: Mildly savory and gently aromatic, with soft chicken flavor, natural vegetable sweetness and a delicate herbal finish.

Ingredients: Water, chicken bones, carrot, onion, CELERY, garlic, bay leaf, fresh thyme.

Allergen information: Contains CELERY. Made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten-containing cereals, soy, sesame and mustard.

How to heat: Remove the number of cubes you need and heat them gently in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl until hot throughout. Stir well and allow to cool to a safe temperature before serving.

How to store: Keep frozen at –18°C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

First-bites tip: Suitable from around 6 months once your baby is developmentally ready for complementary foods. Use a small amount on its own or stir into vegetable purées, grains or other foods to introduce gentle savory flavors. Chicken broth is a complementary food and should not replace breast milk or infant formula.
