Cauliflower Purée

A gentle first taste made from 100% cauliflower. We steam the cauliflower until completely soft and blend it into a smooth, creamy purée with nothing unnecessary added. Its flavor is mild and delicate, with a gentle earthy sweetness that makes it a lovely introduction to less-sweet vegetables.

Each 300 g pouch contains 10 individual cubes of approximately 30 g, making it easy to begin with a small portion, combine it with other first foods or serve more as your baby’s appetite grows.

Flavor notes: Smooth, creamy and naturally mild, with a delicate earthy sweetness.

Allergen information: No allergens are intentionally included in this recipe. Made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten-containing cereals, soy, sesame, celery and mustard.

How to heat: Remove the number of cubes you need and heat them in a small saucepan over low heat or in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat until hot throughout, stir thoroughly to remove hot spots and allow to cool to a safe temperature before serving.

How to store: Keep frozen at –18°C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

First-bites tip: Suitable from around 6 months, once your baby is developmentally ready for complementary foods. Cauliflower is a useful early less-sweet vegetable for helping babies discover a wider variety of tastes. New flavors may need to be offered several times before they become familiar. Always supervise your baby while eating. Breast milk or infant formula remains an important source of nutrition during complementary feeding.
