Beef Bone Broth

A mild, savory beef broth slowly simmered with meaty beef bones, vegetables and gentle herbs. Using a combination of meat, bones and connective-tissue-rich cuts gives the broth natural body and depth without added salt or stock powders. A simple way to introduce savory flavor or add moisture to vegetables, grains and little meals.

Each 300 g pouch contains 10 individual frozen cubes of approximately 30 g, making it easy to use just what you need.

Flavor notes: Rich yet mild and gently savory, with tender beef flavor, natural vegetable sweetness and a soft herbal finish.

Allergen information: Contains CELERY. Made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten-containing cereals, soy, sesame and mustard.

How to heat: Remove the number of cubes you need and heat gently in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl until hot throughout. Stir well and allow to cool to a safe temperature before serving.

How to store: Keep frozen at –18°C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

First-bites tip: Suitable from around 6 months once your baby is developmentally ready for complementary foods. Use a small amount on its own or stir into vegetables, grains or other foods for gentle savory flavor. Beef broth complements, rather than replaces, iron- and protein-rich foods such as meat, eggs, fish and pulses.
