A naturally sweet, warming tea made with red dates, goji berries, ginger, cinnamon, and orange peel. Inspired by traditional postpartum recovery practices, this blend is all about warmth, replenishment, gentle recovery, and comfort.

Lactation & Digestive Support
Fennel, Anise & Fenugreek Tea
A soothing herbal infusion made with fennel, anise, fenugreek, and ginger. These herbs have long been used in postpartum traditions, especially around breastfeeding and digestion. It is aromatic, gently warming, and comforting after feeds or meals.

Mineral Replenish & Recovery
Raspberry Leaf, Nettle & Date Tea
A mineral-rich botanical blend made with raspberry leaf, nettle, dates, ginger, and orange peel. Earthy, lightly sweet, and grounding, this tea was created for hydration, replenishment, and slower postpartum moments.

Why warm teas after birth?

Across many traditional postpartum practices, warmth is a big part of recovery. Warm foods, broths, teas, and gently cooked meals are often used to support the body after birth, when digestion, hydration, and replenishment matter so much.

A warm tea is not complicated. It is a simple way to hydrate, slow down, and give your body something comforting while it is doing the work of healing, feeding, and recovering.

A simple postpartum tea recipe

Here is one of our favourite warming postpartum-inspired teas you can also make at home.

Red Date, Goji & Ginger Tea

Ingredients
5 dried red dates, pitted
1 tbsp dried goji berries
4–5 slices fresh ginger
1 small cinnamon stick
1 strip orange peel
1 litre water

Method
Add all ingredients to a pot with 1 litre of water. Bring to a gentle boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 25–35 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm. The tea is naturally sweet from the dates and goji berries, but you can add your favourite sweetener if you like it sweeter.

This blend is warming, lightly fruity, and gently spicedm perfect for a slow morning, an afternoon reset, or any moment you want something comforting during postpartum recovery.
