Shatavari Rice Pudding
Shatavari Rice Pudding
Why you'll love this
Our Shatavari Rice Pudding is a gentle, comforting dish made with postpartum care in mind. It’s soft, creamy, and subtly sweet—something you can enjoy slowly, whether it’s the start of your day or a quiet moment in the afternoon.
We use sushi rice for its naturally sticky texture, simmered with coconut milk for richness and warmth. It’s lightly sweetened with coconut sugar and maple syrup, with golden raisins adding little bursts of natural sweetness. The blend of Ceylon cinnamon, cardamom, and vanilla brings a cozy, familiar flavor—balanced with a hint of shatavari, an Ayurvedic herb traditionally used to support women during postpartum recovery.
Just before serving, we drizzle a touch of ghee on top—for a little extra nourishment, richness, and grounding energy. Simple, soothing, and made with love—this pudding is here to nourish you when you need it most.
