That is why we created The Postpartum Tea Edit: three warm, functional teas made for the fourth trimester. Each blend is crafted with simple botanicals and inspired by traditional postpartum practices, where warmth, hydration, and replenishment are seen as essential parts of recovery after birth.
These teas are not complicated. They are not overly sweet, overly processed, or full of unnecessary extras. They are made with real ingredients, chosen with purpose, and designed to fit into your postpartum day in a simple, supportive way.
Why warm teas after birth?

Fennel, Anise & Fenugreek Tea
This gentle herbal infusion is made with fennel, anise, fenugreek, and ginger. Herbs traditionally used in postpartum and breastfeeding support. Fennel and anise bring a naturally sweet, aromatic flavour, while fenugreek adds an earthy note and ginger brings gentle warmth.
This blend was created for the rhythm of breastfeeding and postpartum digestion. It is soothing, simple, and easy to sip throughout the day.

The Postpartum Tea Edit takes inspiration from traditional postpartum practices that focus on warmth, recovery, hydration, and replenishment. Many cultures have their own version of this: broths, herbal teas, stews, porridges, warming spices, and mineral-rich ingredients made for the weeks after birth.
We wanted to create teas that feel modern and minimal, but still rooted in that same wisdom. No complicated instructions. No unnecessary additives. Just simple botanical blends made to support the body during a deeply demanding season.
How they arrive
The teas come frozen to preserve freshness and quality.
To enjoy, simply thaw overnight in the fridge, then heat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave until hot. Some blends are naturally sweet from ingredients like red dates, goji berries, and dates, but you can always add your favourite sweetener to taste.
Why we made them
Postpartum care should feel practical, beautiful, and deeply nourishing. These teas are made for the in-between moments: while feeding, resting, recovering, or simply trying to take one warm sip before the day moves on.
