We’re so happy to be adding a nourishing little treat to our menu soon—Lemon Chia Bliss Balls, made with postpartum mamas in mind. 🍋✨ These bright, zesty bites are not only delicious, but also packed with wholesome ingredients to help support your energy and recovery during this tender season.
Lemon Chia Bliss Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
- 125g cashews
- 130g shredded coconut
- 45ml maple syrup (or sugar-free syrup, if preferred)
- 60ml fresh lemon juice (about half a lemon)
- 30ml lemon zest
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
For coating:
- 25g unsweetened desiccated coconut
Instructions:
- Blend cashews and shredded coconut in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add maple syrup, lemon juice, zest, and chia seeds. Blend until the mixture sticks together.
- Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Roll each ball in desiccated coconut to coat.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before enjoying!
