Preparation
For best results, thaw the frozen congee in the fridge overnight. Once thawed, transfer it to a saucepan and add a small amount of milk or water. Adjust the liquid to achieve your desired consistency. Heat slowly until hot. If you don’t have time to thaw, you can reheat directly from frozen, but it may take a bit longer.
Keep in freezer for up to 3 months. Once thawed, keep in fridge for up to 3 days.
